Feilario Shipping Policy

  1. Scope

    • We ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. All other regions are outside our delivery area.

  2. Processing & Packing

    • Processing Time: All orders placed on Feilario.com are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

    • Quality Inspection: Before any shipment leaves our warehouse, each suitcase and accessory is visually inspected to ensure there are no defects and that all parts are included.

  3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

    • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Amazon Shipping.

    • Standard Shipping (Free)

      • Applies only to the contiguous 48 states.

      • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

    • Expedited Shipping (Paid)

      • Options include UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2Day, USPS Priority Mail Express, or Amazon Shipping expedited services.

      • You can select Expedited Shipping at checkout; rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and ZIP code.

      • Expedited deliveries typically arrive within 2 business days (contiguous 48 states only).

  4. Tracking & Notifications

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. You can check real-time status on the carrier’s website or mobile app.

    • If you opt in for SMS updates during checkout, you will receive text messages for “Shipped,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered.”

  5. Shipping Address Requirements

    • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a carrier cannot deliver because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to Feilario.

    • For returned packages deemed “undeliverable,” we will contact you by email. You can choose to:

      1. Pay the additional shipping fee to have the order resent; or

      2. Receive a refund, minus a $12.00 return shipping and restocking fee.

    • If we do not receive a response within 14 days of notification, we will automatically issue a refund, deducting the $12.00 fee.

  6. Costs

    • Contiguous 48 States: All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden fees.

    • Expedited Shipping: If you select an expedited method at checkout, the cost is calculated in real time based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP code.

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands: We do not ship to these locations; the checkout system will indicate “Not Available” if you attempt to select them.

  7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

    • If weather conditions, carrier peak‐season volume, natural disasters, or other force‐majeure events affect transit times, shipping may be delayed beyond the stated 3–7 business days.

    • For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands (if local forwarding is arranged by you), additional screening or consolidation can add 1–2 days to transit.

    • If tracking shows no movement for 5 consecutive business days, please email service@feilario.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

  8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

    • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, check with neighbors and household members first. If still missing, notify us at service@feilario.com within 7 days of the “Delivered” status. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.

    • Damaged on Arrival: If your package or product arrives damaged, take photos of the damage immediately and email them, along with your order number, to service@feilario.com within 7 calendar days of receipt. After confirming the damage was caused in transit, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

    • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item you did not order, email service@feilario.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will send a prepaid return label and either ship the correct item or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

  9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

    • Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at service@feilario.com or call (+1) 276‐439‐0108. If the order has not yet entered the packing stage (within 1–2 business days of placement), we can usually update or cancel it at no additional cost.

    • After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled online. You may refuse delivery, and the package will return to Feilario. Upon returned receipt, we will refund your payment minus a $12.00 return shipping and restocking fee. Alternatively, you can follow our return policy to process a standard return.
